Saturday 21 October | 9AM – 1PM (AEST) | IN PERSON

Overview

Experience a review of contemporary practice through research and literature reviews from the Vic student cohort. Hear presentations from MRS students competing for the best MI and RT Student Papers for 2023. Join this with a morning of presentations sharing the options available to MRS students and early career MRPs in their future careers.

Hear from MRPs with a wide range of experience with topics including:

Transition from early career to educator
Working regionally
Pathways to PhD
Working overseas
Experiences of a new graduate
The role of a Uni Lecturer
Mammography
Research

Call for Abstracts!

ASMIRT Vic Branch committee welcomes all submissions for oral presentations for the annual student paper day. Awards will be given for the best two oral presentations. Award includes 12-month membership to the ASMIRT, airfare and registration to the next Annual Scientific Meeting. Results of these awards will not be made available until Mid-December 2023. All submissions are to include a fully completed Abstract Submission Form.

Oral presentations will run for duration of 11 minutes with 3 minutes question time. Time limits will be enforced so that the day runs to time.

Receipt of your submission will be acknowledged by email. You will be notified of acceptance by Friday 13 October 2023.
