9.05 – 10.05am How to achieve better research outcomes, one conversation at a time: Achieving anything worthwhile in healthcare means collaborating with people, whether it’s to understand an idea, follow a treatment regime or invest in a research project. The conversation is the simplest yet most powerful collaboration tool and you will learn how to maximise collaborative outcomes in every conversation you have.

The approach is Prosocial Collaboration. Prosocial is a practical evidence-based method for helping people work together to improve efficacy and wellbeing.
