When I wrote to you twelve months ago, we were in the midst of the escalating pandemic. There was no vaccine in sight, and the future looked a little bleak to say the least.
How things have changed and what a tumultuous twelve months it has been. I’d like to thank each and every one of our CPD subscribers for their continued support of the Society through these times, and I trust that we have been able to support you in turn.
Medical Radiation professionals are wonderful, passionate and driven people. Often we advance the interests of our patients at the expense of our own well-being. We all did our best to find a path through the unchartered territory of last year, and there were times that many of us felt tired, exhausted, and possibly overwhelmed by what was occurring. But here we are. We all did an amazing job through extremely challenging times.
Hopefully those times are now well and truly behind us, and you can begin looking forward to progressing your education goals and professional standards.
