The Department of Health seeks a highly motivated and team orientated Senior Radiation Therapist at the WP Holman Clinic, Launceston, Tasmania. The department has two high energy linear accelerators, CT simulator, 3D planning system and a high dose rate brachytherapy unit. Radiation Therapy techniques used in Launceston include IMRT, VMAT, DIBH, SBRT & IGRT.
The Senior Radiation Therapist will undertake planning and checking of treatment plans, undertake all aspects of treatment delivery and provide team leadership. The role will include leadership of the brachytherapy unit on a rotational basis.
The Holman Clinic is part of the Northern Cancer Service which provides an integrated radiation therapy, medical oncology and haematological service to Northern Tasmania.

Salary: $115, 966 – $126, 819 per annum + 10.5% superannuation + access to salary packaging
