BreastScreen Radiographer / Mammographer

The Role

We are currently seeking a Radiographer/Mammographer who will be a highly valued member of a multidisciplinary team performing high-quality mammograms, participating in assessment clinics, and providing a high standard of care, support, and advice to clients.

• Perform routine screening mammograms and basic mammographic and diagnostic workups under supervision for the BreastScreen Queensland Townsville Service.
• Provide a high standard of care and service delivery with particular regards for the client as an individual, so as to help increase compliance rates with clients returning for their re-screen.
• Participate in suitable Technical Quality Assurance Activities under the direct guidance and supervision of more senior Radiographers / Mammographers.

Remuneration

Permanent Full-time position.

Remuneration package of up to $132,730 p.a., comprising base salary range of $76,747 – $116,332 p.a. (+ applicable allowances/benefits) (HP3), recreational leave loading (17.5%), and employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%). Assistance with relocation may also be available.

**Please note** Eligible Health Workers who move to Queensland from an interstate or international jurisdiction to take up permanent t employment may receive up to $20,000 (pro rata) incentive payments under the Queensland Health Workforce Attraction Incentive Scheme.
