We are currently seeking a Senior Radiographer/Mammographer who will be a highly valued member of a multidisciplinary team performing high-quality mammograms, participating in assessment clinics, and providing a high standard of care, support, and advice to clients.

  • Perform advanced quality screening mammography, assessment and diagnostic procedures, which may include breast ultrasounds and specialised interventional stereotactic core biopsies, independent of supervision for the BreastScreen Queensland Townsville Service.
  • Provide a high standard of care and service delivery with particular regards for the client as an individual, so as to help increase compliance rates with clients returning for their re-screen.

Responsibilities

Remuneration

Permanent Part-time position offering great work/life balance.

Pro rata remuneration package based on full-time equivalent value of up to $152,775 p.a.  comprising salary range of $62.75 – $67.53 p.h.. (+ applicable allowances/benefits) (HP4), recreational leave loading (17.5%), and employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%). Assistance with relocation may also be available.

**Please note** Eligible Health Workers who move to Queensland from an interstate or international jurisdiction to take up permanent t employment may receive up to $20,000 (pro rata) incentive payments under the Queensland Health Workforce Attraction Incentive Scheme.
