BRANCH & BOARD ELECTIONS 2023
ASMIRT Branch committee elections, including positions for the Executive nationally, as well as Board positions for Tasmania and Western Australia will be held shortly.
Nomination forms for Branch committees are here and
Board positions are available here.
Nomination forms must be submitted to the relevant Branch Chair no later than 30 September 2023.
The Branch executive information weekend will be held in Melbourne on the weekend of the 18th and 19th November. Student ambassadors will also be invited to come to Melbourne for that meeting. It is crucial that Branch executives make themselves available for this meeting.
BRANCHES
The ASMIRT membership is organised into six branches, one in Queensland, New South Wales (including ACT), Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia (including NT) and Western Australia.
Each branch has an executive committee consisting of a Chair, Secretary and Treasurer. They liaise closely with their elected Board member and provide the conduit for communications between the broader membership and the Board.

Student members are encouraged to reach out to their state’s Ambassador if they have any questions about ASMIRT, scholarships, events, social media and getting involved in the Student Committee.
